We have been conditioned by society, media as well as our friends and family to adapt false ideals of inner worth, beauty and success. Our inner teachings are those in which we are not to “take the risk.” We are taught to remain small and that “you can like yourself- but not too much.”

How we treat ourselves models to others how to treat us. Therefore, the more I love myself, the more I allow others the room to love me too.

We will help you learn to be patient and inquisitive about your negative thoughts. To ponder how they came about, how we can honor where they came from and how to move forward. To no longer judge yourself for having the thought, but rather, to break free of the thought and re-connect with your highest, truest self.
